Worst courier ever, You enter tracking number but the information they give you are useless,

Please note that the tracking shows that the parcel could not be handed over to Ram because of delivery address issues.
You need to contact Vodacom directly to have your parcel redelivered to you. You will need to inform them to ensure that the address is noted on the parcel so that we can pick it up from their warehouse.

The sender could not hand the parcel to us when we tried collecting from them.
