Worst couriers EVER!!!!!!!!!! 😡

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Your driver has not been able to find my house, because he keeps ringing the doorbell for the same house number at the complex next door to mine, because he can’t read. Not ONCE did he phone me to say “I’m outside.”….because if he’d phoned me, I could have told him he was at the wrong building & given him directions where to go! Instead he keeps saying I wasn’t home, and now my parcel is being sent back. I have phoned NUMEROUS times, but don’t get any assistance what-so-ever…other than being out on hold for 20 minutes at a time!!!!
