Worst couriers ever.

I ordered a new phone from Vodacom.<br> RAM has to deliver it.<br> I enquire with Vodacom where package is. <br> It's with RAM.<br> I ask waybill nr.<br> Call RAM, speaks with Billy.<br> Adamant that he won't deliver on Saturday although I explain to him I'm flying out to Canberra before Tuesday when he wants to deliver. <br> Billy is just adamant he won't deliver - although they do do deliveries on Saturdays. Couldn't care that the package is in Pretoria and I'm in Pretoria too. <br> He couldn't care that I need this phone for my trip. <br> RAM's service STINKS. <br> Too big to care.
