Worst couriers

the service recieved from RAM especially the driver and the drivers reporting manager was horrible i tried to phone them both multiple times to find out when the driver will arrive with my parcel no answer from hom or her, i am waiting since 1PM. I phoned the head office just to find out that they also cant get hold of these guys and i can most likely expect my delivery the next day, being in logistics i dealt with many courier companies but this experience is just bad for such a big courier company, i hope this helps me to get my delivery today as it is URGENT and explained that to multiple
