Worst courier service I have ever used. Parcels get lost and they don't communicate. You have to call them to find out why they didn't deliver on the date and time they promised. Their consultants keep on promising thag I will get my parcel "tomorrow"

Here is the initial tracking number that I received on Friday RAIN02-***0. This is the second tracking number that I revieved early yesterday RAIN02-***4

So I don't know which one am I supposed to use.
