Worst courier service - RAM Hand to Hand Courier

I can't for the life of me understand why I don't have my delivery yet. When tracking it today, it shows that the parcel was picked up on 30/11 but never recorded at their warehouse. Is this a glitch in the system, do they have my parcel? RAM Courier can I fetch my parcel at your warehouse?
