Worst courier service provider!!!

Extremely poor service!!! the drivers are rude and do not follow instructions. there is minimal communication from their call centers and they have a don't care attitude. My package has been back and forth for 5 days without a resolution. I gave clear instructions to be notified prior to delivery so that I make myself available to receive the package. However this fell on deaf and *********** ears. I ask the call center agent to arrange a suitable and practical time for delivery but no contact since. I find out the package was sent out for delivery again on a daily basis with no communication from the courier service. Today I call the offices and demand to speak with a manager, which did not happen as managers only start work at 08h00. I requested that a manager call me back and I am still waiting for the call. Disgusting service to say the least!
