Worst courier service in the world

Last week a delivery was unsuccessful i wasn't available at the time of the adress. I arranged with the guy to meet me in the parking lot @17:00 got there before 5 waited a hour nobody arrived phoned the offices i get put on hold for 5-10 then they just put the phone down. The package was delivered the next day. Yesterday I was waiting for another package. I was only going to be at work until 14:00 phone them to find out if the courier was going to make it before 2. Phone them twice again was put on hold for 5-10 min both times they just put the phone down. Eventually at 16:00 the courier guy phone me. Ask me if i was available at the delivery address. I said no and asked him if nobody informed him that i was only available until 14:00. Nobody informed him. He asked me if i was available the next day. I said yes. He asked me what time i said before 10:00. I phone them this morning to find out if they are going to deliver my package today. nobody could give me an answer. @ 12:00 I got through to some one that told be its only going to be delivered the next day. I will have to wait and see. Surely you must do something about your service. To get 12 complaints in one day 10 Dec 2019 is really bad. Just think about the thousands of people that are not even willing to write a complaint.
