WORST COURIER SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY!!!!
Ram genuinely has the worst service I have ever experienced. On Saturday (March 16) I made a pick-up request and was told that my parcel will be picked up on Monday (March 18), Monday comes and the Ram collections team doesn’t even bother to pick up my parcel then logs on their system that “Sender not available”, yet I was in constant contact with the sender.
Tuesday (March 19th) I call their customer care team and was told that the matter will be escalated to their collections department and will be picked up on the day, Tuesday came and went and nobody came to pick-up my parcel.
My parcel only got picked up on Wednesday (20th of March) and I was told that delivery will only be made on Friday (22nd March) because of Human Rights Day on which no deliveries will be done.
On Friday I call their customer care team and I am now informed that I should expect delivery on Monday.
It has been more than a week since I made my pick-up request and Ram has been dragging their feet. I am extremely disgusted by their service as I chose the overnight option which stated delivery will be done the following day before 17:00. 5 days have now passed and my parcel is still with Ram.
Saying I am not happy with this service is an understatement. Ram is the worst courier service in the country.
