WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER - UNEDUCATED on affidavits as proof of address
Worst courier service ever. RAM delivery man refuses to accept an affidavit from my father certified by SAPS that I live with my father since 3 weeks ago after the loss of my mother. They insist on an account with my name and this address as proof of address. We do not use street address for anything, only a post office address Where the hell must I get proof of street address with my name and this address?
Customer Service is non-existent - so yes I will be cancelling all contracts with Vodacom for using these idiots to do their deliveries.
