WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a courier service. I made an online purchase from Clicks and I was supposed to receive my package on the 15th. It is now the 21st and I still haven’t received it. They keep delaying delivery and telling me I will receive it the following day. To say I am annoyed and frustrated is an understatement. For a pleasant professional experience DO NOT USE RAM COURIER SERVICE

23 Sept 2022, 14:17UPDATE: after numerous calls to clicks, I was told they would make the delivery today. Whilst waiting for them outside to make the delivery, the drivers called head office and **** and said no one was home and calls weren’t going through when in actual fact we were home and no one called. They **** to avoid making the delivery because they afraid of getting highjacked. If that’s the case then why are you doing this job???? Driver’s name is Blessing. Incredibly rude and a ****. Do not use RAM services if you’re wanting a more pleasant and professional experience.
