WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER AND I AM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER!!!

I would have preferred to not even rate 1 star!! I made a collection booking on Friday (27/12) morning 09h00 my parcel was not collected with the holiday season I understood but here I am now on Monday 30/12 @15h35 and still not collected. When I try to chat to an agent to whatsapp they just end the chat and I have to start all over again and enter all my details. I eventually got though to Rethabile and she gave me the worst attitude ever and for someone that works with customers on a daily basis I was just disgusted with the service received.
