Worst Courier Service Ever!!!

This courier service does not even deserve to be called couriers. They literally do not understand customer service and basically do not care. I have been waiting for my new router from them with a promise to deliver on or before 29th. Upon my enquiry, they finally decide to tell me they wont be delivering today as they only service this area on Tuesdays and Thursday. So no update on the system and my package will be 5 days late. The upsetting thing about this unprofessional service is how blatanly rude their help desk operators can be. Knowing full well nothing will happen to them.
