Worst courier service ever

Once again Rams cannot deliver on time. They just take the money know PAXI will just use them even though they cannot deliver by the due date. Shame on you again Rams. You should refund me because I paid for a 3 to 5 days delivery and guess what, today is delivery and parcel hasn't arrived. Shoveling
