WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER!

Ref K*** Worst courier company in the market place. I have been calling the customer services center and they were of no help at all. I've been waiting for my delivery since yesterday(25/6) and nothing has transpired.

If there is anyone from RAMS, can I just collect my parcel from you guys. I simply cannot!

Good day, As per our telephonic conversation, the courier will deliver your parcel at 3 pm as agreed. You cannot collect your parcel because it is with the courier on the road today . We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards
