Worst courier service ever.
If you would actually like to have your parcel delivered on time I would not recommend Ram. Delivered my parcel 2 hours late without any communication, I had to keep phoning them to ask what was going on. Very unprofessional.

I see your parcel was delivered at 14h23. We strive on service excellence and are getting a feature that allows us to provide a closer time frame to our receivers.
