Worst Courier Service Ever

I wish there was a rating below terrible , because the service was extremely extremely poor. They do not get back to a person. They do not respond on online live support ( saw a name of Mbongiwe - apologies if i spelt it incorrectly) , he had not responded or answered back to any of our conversations. no response. They had the address wrong, and i phoned to check the address , they didnt even bother to check whether they were at the right place?? They said my parcel would be delivered the next day, i've waited whole day and absolutely nothing. Terrible Terrible Terrible.
