Worst courier service ever
<p>I'm very much annoyed by this company. Received sms confirmation my pacakage out for delivery in Cape Town. By 2 pm I contact them, promised driver will call me back once in my area, still waiting. Called the national customer care number about 5 pm consultant apologetic and said they will call back and here I'm still waiting. No delivery and no communication. This is what you actually call poor service delivery.</p>

I have traced your parcel and noted that our driver tried to make delivery to you yesterday, upon arrival your office was closed and the driver has advised that you have left already.
He has also tried to make contact with you on both your mobile number and office number however could not get hold of you as this was not answered.
Your parcel has now been re sent for delivery to you today. Please note that the driver will be contacting you before making the delivery to you again today.
We do however apologize for the none delivery that occurred yesterday.
