WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
RAM Hand to Hand Couriers is nothing less than pathetic. I will never recommend them to anybody!!!!. I got an sms that my parcel was out for delivery today and made special arrangements to be home to receive the parcel. By 3h30 the hadn't arrived and I phoned and complained. Two ladies promised to sort the problem and call me back. Needless to say they never did and that I did not receive my parcel as promised. Worst possible service.

We have escalated the matter to the branch manager in order to resolve the delivery at the soonest.
They should be able to able to contact you and advise of a delivery arrangement.
