How are you guys still in business?

I ordered on Bash 4 days ago your driver delivered the parcel to the wrong address (Sandton instead of Boksburg)

This driver did not even bother calling when delivering, he just gave it to someone to sign it and that was it

Now I’m told that the phone I ordered was delivered but I don’t have a phone with me so like how do you guys operate
