Worst courier service and unproffesional

The worst courier company ever. Drivers are extremely rude. Dont ever tell you that you need proof of residence, only 5 min before they knock on your door. We rent a house, water and electricity account is ALWAYS most of the time in the owners name. They refuse to give you your item that you bought just because of 1 piece of paper. Other courier companies just asks for you ID. Seriously. When you phone them they have an attitude and drop the phone in your ear. That item I paid for, you have NO right to refuse me my item. This is bull.
