Worst courier service

Worst service I've ever received from a courier service . Package booked out for delivery 2 days in a row and never got delivered. I think your drivers might be dyslexic. No communication unless you call the call center and wait for long periods and then being made false promises to. I was told that the driver is on his way and will be here early today and then they called again to say before 3pm. After 4 had to call again only to be told that the driver is running late , but he is on his way to deliver my package . Ram should really look at what type of people they employ. It looks like my package might be ******, now I'm being played games with . This is so stressful . I don't know to whom you'll deliver to tomorrow, because I won't be at home. Think I should just contact the company sending me this package to re-evaluate doing business with Ram , because your service is ****. If you specialize in something people expect damn near perfection and your employees fails dismally.
