Worst Courier service
I've had 2 different instances with RAM Couriers where they are unable to deliver. It seems these guys just say the package is unsuccessful due to address just to meet other time lines, without calling or anything to confirm it.
I worked from home the whole day waiting for a package. With the correct address given. So frustration and inconveniencing.
I spoke to Siyabonga. The Call centre agents cannot help with anything but tell you what you can already see from their tracking platform.
I feel like if there's anything to be delivered id rather drive and collect than have it done by RAM
