WORST COURIER SERVICE

It has been 4 days and my Rain parcel has still not been delivered. I have been calling and tracking online. It was sent out for delivery on Monday morning and sent back. It was sent out this morning and due to time constraints (as they say) it will most probably not be delivered today too. I don't understand how service could honestly be this bad??
