worst courier service

<p>I am expecting a delivery with Ram couriers from vodacon. I have tried numerous times to get hold of the Cape Town branch in order to establish why my delivery was not done on the 7 september 2016. They just never answer the call. Very frustrating.... I called the call center a very helpful gentlemen assisted me(did not get his name). He said that he will get Rashied from the Cape toen beanch to call me in 30 mins. 2 hours still waiting. what pathetic serve is that now. I have deal with so many courier companies, but Ram hand to hand courier service is by far the worst I have ever received. atually disgusted.</p>
