Worst courier service

RAM is the worst courier service. I have been waiting for my parcel for over a week now. Every time i call their call center, they all tell me I’ll receive my parcel today. It’s been 7 days now, I can’t even cancel because they keep dropping the phone on me. I have used over R100 trying to call them to get my parcel but no one is assisting. What is wrong with this company?!!!!! The incompetency is unbelievable even when i asked to talk to the manager, he just dropped the call. All I want i to cancel the order. I am very disappointed with their services and would not recommend anyone to use them
