Worst courier service!

This is a zero star rating! Terrible service I got from this company and the call center agents are useless.

I am still waiting for my parcel which I was supposed to receive on the 28th but driver couldn't make it to me on time. Then they said they will deliver it the following day but I still did not receive my parcel.

Instead they said it will definitely be delivered on Monday(today). I just called them now, guess what? They do not deliver to my area on Mondays, such incompetence!

The worst part they do not allow collections from the depot but they fail to deliver a parcel over 3days.

Worst courier service ever and their useless whatsapp chatbot!
