Worst Courier in South Africa

Absolutely worst performance I have ever seen in my life. I work in logistics and I must say by far RAM is probably the worst courier service to exist. I have been following up on my FNB parcel for 3 days now as it was sent with their express service and after 3 days of "You will get your parcel tomorrow", I get told today that the parcel cannot even be located in their warehouse as their warehouse is too full to be able to locate and deliver my parcel.

What's the use of having a parcel be sent with Express if RAM feels they can just discard it in their warehouse until they get to it.

It got to their warehouse on Monday and I did an address change for delivery which was approved on Tuesday and till today I am told that the parcel cannot be located so the new label was not printed. I mean this company clearly does not know what is going on in their operations.

Wish I could give them zero stars.
