Worst Courier I have ever used.
Got a message this morning saying saying my Parcel will be delivered today. I called RAM to make arrangements as I'm in and out of meetings.
I was told to wait they are busy delivering medication.
So I'm literally being told I'm less important because I'm not getting medication. Your Customer service is disgusting.

The message sent to you regarding today's delivery states that the delivery can be made during the course of the day. When the courier is not in your area as yet the delivery cannot be made.
You can share time slots where you will be available outside of meetings and we can advise the courier to deliver then.

I was not asking that they come now. I wanted to make sure I make myself available thats all but it seems the service department will not let customers finish explaining why they are calling.
