Worst courier experience ever. Customer Support is non existant.
Worst courier experience ever! Customer support never responded to any queries. Online live chats never got any response from agents. Delivery date lapsed without any information. Even when status eventually reached "Out For Delivery" status, nothing happened. After sitting around all day waiting for delivery, the system only updated AFTER 5pm, stating that there was a problem. Expecting me to sit around all day again and wait for delivery. Collection would have been faster, easier, more efficient and i would have missed less work.

My package has arrived at the distribution center in my city last week. It is a week later and still no delivery.
It is a 5min drive to the warehouse, but they refuse to allow me to collect and they just never deliver.
The delivery vehicles are parked there by the dozens, yet yesterday my delivery failed due to vehicle breakdown.
The only message i got today said "We unfortunately could not deliver your parcel today".
This message was sent at 08:20 am. So they not delivering any packages then?
Yet 2 of their delivery vehicles was leaving the premises while i stood there.
The phone is never answered. It simply keeps ringing.
What useless customer service is this!!??
This is a birthday gift that i am supposed to give away this weekend, but because of the absolute uselessness of the courier service, I will probably miss the birthday.
