Worst Courier Experience

This courier company has the most shocking customer service I have EVER experienced. The drivers are beyond rude, obnoxious and entitled. They treat customers like trash and I have followed the correct process to write to customer service on several occasions, all of which go unanswered. No-one replies to the emails and customer queries are simply ignored
