Worst Courier ever. Just quit
I was supposed to receive the phone on Wednesday 04 June 2025. The reason for no delivery yesterday is that there is no contact available. Today(05 June 2025) a lady came and she said my proof of residence is not the same as the one on the delivery package (Which is my work address). She then said she is going to deliver somewhere else and she will come back to me.Immediately after leaving the premises she cancelled my delivery due to incorrect proof of residence (I got the whatsapp from RAM). I tried to call her but all I got was voice mail.She **** to me. I don't know if I should forge a proof of address to get my package or what. I have 2 colleagues who have never received their packages from RAM. So frustrating.
