Worst courier ever

Been trying this whole week to.get my package delivered. Un top of it all the driver **** the first day and said I was not home when I was literally waiting for delivery the whole day. Worst service and unable to get through in their phone desk. Already complained to VODACOM. Shocked that they use a ****py courier such as Ram.
