Worst courier ever
Been waiting 2 weeks for a parcel. My address was correct the first time, no drivers call when they are supposed to be enroute. Been calling everyday now asking for answers and they keep telling me I must give the right address. I have given the same address 4 times now and it is 2 weeks later.
When you call to speak to a manager or supervisor, you stay on the line for 15min then your call gets dropped. I have made 8 calls alone today without a solution.
If I walked to collect my parcel it would be quicker.
Btw this is the 4th out of 4 deliveries from them that has been this way
