Worst courier drivers

I received an email about a "failed delivery" Failed delivery?????? There was no failed delivery just a lazy driver.

I am very disappointed and rather irritated with the courier company you've selected is just shocking which explains why very few companies use RAM couriers.

I have 2 sick kids at home. And I repeat I am AT HOME, so I was here the entire day. Ram's driver calls me twice and when I didn't answer my phone and he couldnt find parking, he took it upon himself to move onto the next delivery WITHOUT EVEN GETTING OUT OF HIS VEHICLE TO RING MY DOOR BELL.

This has happened so many times with RAM. So now the earrings that I ordered from you was a gift for my daughter for tomorrow and now due to a lazy driver, I never received my delivery.

Perhaps you should consider using a different courier company like The Courier Guy.

I am so upset, especially when I was at home the entire day. Will definitely re think ordering from companies who uses RAM
