Worst courier company you will come across.

I ordered a sim card from Rain. I received a notification that the parcel will be delivered, which did not happen. The following day I phoned to follow up on the delivery to be told that I will get the parcel the following day. Again a no show from the courier. I phoned again the next day, and the parcel wasn't checked out for delivery and I was promised it would be delivered the next day, again. The following day comes and goes with no delivery. I phone again. It WILL be delivered today. Then when I check the tracking page on their website it states "non-delivery", without any further notification from Ram. So, for most of a week I've been expecting delivery and being given the runaround. This is by far the worst experience I've had with any courier. I'm astounded that ANY company will use them. It seems that they are so *********** that they won't be able to deliver on time if the delivery address was next door to them. I'll do a better job on my bicycle. Don't use this company. They are not worthy of even a one star rating.
