WORST COURIER COMPANY TO USE
RAM couriers is the worst ever, the service you get from them is just unbelievable. My company started with RAM late last year and since then its been a bad experience, in order to book a parcel I need to book online, send an email then call the driver to ensure that the parcel is collected, calls are NEVER answered and when they are you can transferred from person to person. I have booked a parcel to be collected last week Thursday already and even now the parcel has not been delivered and no one from RAM bothers to let me know about the whereabouts of my parcel. I would not recommend anyone to use RAM as a courier they are the worst.
