Worst Courier Company, Thumbs up To Joyce Ratau

I had a nightmare experience with Ram Couriers but i write this to give a thumbs up to a lady by the name of Joyce Ratau, she came in and handled a very simple request which had gone terribly wrong because Ram drivers lie and the management takes no responsibility and have no customer service at all. I hope they see what a gem and dedicated person they have in Joyce and i hope they give her the credit she deserves. Although I wont be using for Ram services in the future I do wish Joyce all the best in that company and i hope the management can be just as honest and dedicated as she is.
