WORST COURIER COMPANY THAT I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH !!!
I made an online order on the 24th Feb 2024 and I was notified by the seller that RAM couriers had collected the parcel and would deliver on Friday 01 March 2024...I received nothing, I then tracked the parcel online and to my surprise there was a note stating that "delivery failed, due to unavailable contact....." No contact was made by the driver and no sms had been sent to me. I checked the delivery status today and again it shows that driver" attempted delivery but contact is unavailable " We have been home the whole of today and Im not quite sure how the F*** was the driver not able to deliver
At this point im starting to get irritated and F***** frustrated.
I have worked with different well known courier companies and this STINKING service is totally unacceptable.
Please note the parcel has been returned back to BASH as it had exceeded delivery attempts on the order. Kindly make contact with bash for further assistance.

I have years of experience working for well known courier companies, I know the processes followed to ensure successful deliveries and in this case none of those where followed. I'm not surprised why you have received so many complaints and bad reviews day after day. Clearly you are doing something wrong!!!!!
The receiver has been home since the 01 March expecting your delivery.
We've received deliveries from other courier companies without any hassles, so I'm not quite sure why it was a big mission for your team to deliver the parcel.
In closing I would like to say my experience with Ram hand to hand couriers has been the worst, you have no interest in serving your clients in a professional manner. Your system is messed up and no one is taking accountability for that. Your drivers are not well trained and are easily manupulating the delivery system.
That parcel was a gift for my son, who has been waiting in excitement for it.
I'm very dissapointed and disgusted.
