Worst courier company in South Africa

Waited a week to get my item delivered. Contacted their call centre twice to arrange. Both times delivery was confirmed and then they don’t bother pitching. Worst courier service in South Africa. Courier guy runs circles around these jokers. Absolutely pathetic
