Worst courier company in South Africa

The ram courier company is the worst ever, for 2 weeks they have been playing games excuses to bring my parcel to me, i payed the 30th of May its now June 14 for my product even today excuses, all drivers from ram are ****s, i dont know how many drivers **** on my parcel tracker saying they tried to call and no one calls, once they call you, still they don't call back to deliver they no where to be found, this company is the worst
