Worst courier company in SA

I logged a collection with Ram on the 17th for a next day delivery. The process for collection was smooth and really prompt. However the nightmare started the next day when the parcel was expected to arrive. The waybill that was generated as the order was done online did not display the full address and when i called in i gave them the full address which i did input when placing the order. This i did 3 times on separate calls and was assured by all 3 consultants that it will be delivered. Romano and Sivana, to date the parcel has not been delivered. This is really a pathetic courier company and I will not be using them again.
