Worst courier company ever ever

You guys are so bad!!!!!!!

Worst courier company ever ever experienced.

I have received a msg and mail regarding delivery for today 22/Nov. And I called numerous times to ask for assistance to be delivered around 4pm, they saying they can't help

Eventually I get hold of driver, and he said he will be at my place within 1 min, which I need 10 mins to be back, I begged him and I was flying on the road and got back within 10 mins. No one is showing up, I called in, receptionist told me the driver was never there, and clearly that was a lie. And no one answers the damn call after 5pm!!!!

This is so bad , and so disappointed
