WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER

This courier company is the worst! I ordered a package from my supplier they delivering the package. When taking the package they did not collect all the documents or third party details I told them its fine and they informed me that today they will deliver my parcel first thing in the morning I must just call in at 7 o clock. I phone in and this other ****ing caller (white woman) tells me that I cant expect my delivery early! She drops the call in my ear and puts me on hold! She couldnt assist me in any way possible! The consultant ever! The worst service! And mind you, I have had parcels dropped for me already and made urgent! This woman is refusing to assist! She sounds ****** and not willing to help at all!
