worst courier company ever!

To say the service is poor is an understatement,your service is ****ty been waiting for my parcel from the 28/12/2023 still no delivery today.you keep sending me a message to say my delivery is out but no one has contacted me,nothing.and when we call we hold forever.I have never experienced such incompetence ever!!
