Worst courier company ever!

<p>Its Thursday already and I have been waiting since Monday to have a parcel delivered to me. Phoned Ram couriers 3 times over 3 days to arrange deliver, I'm still waiting....</p> <p> </p> <p>Spoke to Michael in their operations team twice. Delivery at 2pm on Wednesday was first arranged I waited the whole afternoon! Today delivery would have been at 5pm, still waiting. No call, nothing from Ram Couriers.Pathetic service! I don't know why anyone would use them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm sure going to persuade my company not to use them anymore, if they only knew who I work for ;)</p>
