Worst Courier Company EVER!!!

I have never experienced such bad service in my life. Parcel was out on delivery 30 April, 6 May, 7 May. Checked status and was noted that I wasn't home ( in lockdown, I was always home) I decided to checkmy cameras outside my house, no RAM VEHICLE! Could not get any of Cape Town consultants, finally got hold of Joburg and they gave me the manager Heirich cell. Number. He promised delivery on the 7th May at 11:30am, but at 7:30pm called and said the van is stuck in a roadblock and he had to send the courier to the airport they cant deliver, I obviously was at the end of my patients with them. But in his defence I had to hear how difficult it was to run a courier company and he sort of did me a favour by trying to get my parcel to me... really?? I would NOT recommend RAM. I have been using CITISPRINT at my company I work for and their service is excellent never had a problem and they are cheaper.
