Worst courier company!
Cannot believe the utterly pathetic service provided by this company! The call centre agents keep cutting the call on you when they cannot explain why there is no ETA for your parcel delivery. This is by far the most inefficient courier I have ever used (not by choice). Each agent has a different story and the drivers cannot even provide an estimated time of arrival for you to adjust your day around. It is terribly saddening that a company of this size can have such poor customer service - so disappointing.
