Worst Courier company!!

Worst Courier!! Their site is buggy! Twice now I have experienced that when I get to the payment page, the payment goes off my account and then the site starts to jam and they don't process my collection, because the payment didn't go through on their side, yet it's gone from my account and they take so long to "investigate" the matter, mind you the parcel needs to be sent urgently! I am disgusted to say the least! 😡😡
