Worst courier company

This is the worst courier company to exist. I have been waiting for 7 working days for my package. What is worst is that they don't even send communication regarding the delay. What was supposed to have taken 2- 4 days to be delivered has now reached it's 7th day. I'm appalled and want to cancel my order.
